Do you offer discounts on dial-up accounts?
We give a discount to our customers who pay in advance for a quarterly, semi-annual or annual dial-up account. The usual monthly fee for a dial-up account is $20. If you pay in advance, the quarterly rate is $55, the semi-annual rate is $110 and the annual rate for a dial-up account is $210. These discounts are not available for accounts that are past due.
Can I get an invoice or a bill mailed to me?
Most residential accounts are sent billing reminders via e-mail, however, this is only a courtesy to our customers. Each customer is responsible for knowing when their account is due and making their payments on time. Semi-annual and annual residential accounts and all business accounts can be invoiced. If you are a semi-annual, annual or business customer and would like to receive a paper invoice in the mail, please call Internet Express to set up your invoice billing status.
Can I pay by credit card or with my debit card?
Yes. If you would like your payments charged directly to your credit card, or debited from your card, please call Internet Express to make your request. Internet Express accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards.
What information do I need to include with my payments?
Please include your name and address on your check with your user name (or email name) on the memo line. This information will ensure proper credit to your account.
How do I cancel my account?
With all cancellations Internet Express requires a signed document from the account's owner requesting cancellation. The document must include the username and effective date of cancellation as well as the name of the account holder and reason for cancellation. You can mail this document to Internet Express, or fax it to 309-736-8048.
